Happy Summer Solstice you beautiful bunch! ☀️✨☀️

I can’t believe it’s already here. The speed at with which this year is passing is NEXT LEVEL.

The Solstice (as with all sabbats) brings us a moment to pause. An exhalation if you will. A moment to check in with ourselves and align with the natural world.

It’s midday on that clock and we are in our power.

As always we address themes of balance, we are at peak sunlight today, the longest day and shortest night.

This solar illumination offers us an opportunity for personal enlightenment, a chance to reorientate and refocus, and with that in mind I ask you….

Where are you overextending?

Where can you pull back or let something fall away to make space for what fills you up?

Nature is positively bursting with life, how can you be receptive to the abundance that surrounds you?

I invite you to take a moment to stand in the light of the solstice sun.

Focus on your breath, scanning your body and breathing into any areas of tension.

Feel the warmth of the sun’s rays permeating each and every cell in your body, using your breath and the energies of the solstice to burn away what no longer serves, leaving a golden liquid light in its place. Perhaps you find a crack or a space which you didn’t realise was empty, fill the space with this golden vibration.

Consciously harnessing the healing available to you through the solar energy and the opportunity to move into a place of wholeness, of sovereignty.

FLOW FORECAST : JUPITER IN CANCER

All hail for the good news and glad tidings that Jupiter in Cancer brings.

For me this transit is a glimmer and energetically it’s something we need with all these other big planetary shifts.

It’s a preparation and recalibration for some of the slower emerging transits that have just switched signs.

Jupiter is the planet of luck and abundance, its growth prosperity and expansion. As I mentioned in my June overview Jupiter is ‘exalted’ in Cancer. It LOVES to be there. It revels in it. It wants to sing and dance about it and it passes this luck and optimism and abundance onto us. This happens once every 12-13 years. It’s bold personal and collective growth and it is shimmering.

Why haven’t I been feeling this luck and abundance elsewhere in the year before this? Because Jupiter fidgets in Gemini, it doesn’t like it, it is in ‘detriment’.

Cancer is about our inner world, its thematics revolve around our home and family (both blood and chosen), our intuition and emotional sensitivity and wellbeing alongside themes of security and protection. Cancers urge to nurture thrives in Jupiter.

So this transit is asking us to lean into and revisit our relationship to these themes so Jupiter can sprinkle some abundance on them. It is a hugely expansive transit.

So with that in mind….
 What does emotional abundance look like in your life?

What does heightened intuition and emotional intelligence look like?

What does redefining what we need to make us and others feel safe look like?

There is real growth here through emotional depth and understanding and to me it feels like it’s going to place a strong emphasis on our values, especially in light of whats going on globally.

Emotional patterns or stories that are ready to upgraded will glide to the surface to be left behind.

Notice them, honour them and release them.

Maximising the effects of this transit requires work. Cancer is a cardinal sign, it likes action.

Once you’ve established this new exalted emotional stability then you’ll be standing in much stronger foundation to act on everything else thats reverberating around us.

And in even more good news for us all, it’s throwing its weight around this month as it settles into its new home for the next year where it will shine its spotlight on all things friends, family and home, garnished with a slice of optimism and a sprig of joy.

We continue to fly high in the airey world of opportunity aka Gemini season as we hurtle towards the Summer Solstice, the longest day and shortest night, and in the version of the wheel I follow, the peak of summer.

June is still very much the time to say yes and get out there and play.

With the arrival of the Solstice we greet Cancer season which brings with it an initiation into our next astrological season.

AUTHENTICITY IN WELLNESS

The conversation around authenticity in the wellness world continues to swirl in my mind. I’ve been speaking with my inner circle about it alot lately.

The wellness community is becoming increasingly fractured, with more voices and offerings than ever— but not always with the depth or integrity these spaces require.

I’m feeling increasingly confronted by the number of people holding space or circles without ANY trauma-informed training.

Yes, I know this is very Neptune in Aries meets Saturn in Aries of me - the unveiling of illusions, the fire of accountability.

The more I evolve as a healer and witness this space, the more I see the need for discernment.

Just because we feel called to hold space doesn’t always mean we’re ready to, or that we should.

In this work, where people bring their raw, vulnerable selves - readiness matters.

People enter healing spaces or circles thinking they’re safe and held. But what happens if someone’s deepest trauma surfaces? Can the person in front of you hold that with care, skill, and respect?

Not everyone can self-regulate after a trigger.
Not everyone can leave a space whole.

So where do we place the bar of responsibility? Who holds it? The lack of safeguarding is alarming to me, especially for those of us who’ve spent years learning, healing, and walking this path with reverence.

At the same time — who am I to judge? Perhaps I can only take responsibility for the spaces I create. Maybe this post is simply a nudge - a loving one - to check in with the spaces you’re entering.

I’ve been confronted by my own blindspots this week in a situation where I took someone at face value. Where I assumed that person operated from the same space I do, the same values, the same morals, the same level of integrity. A reminder.

I only offer modalities I’ve studied in depth, those that benefitted me in my healing journey.

I’ve been working and training in this field for over a decade, and I’m a trauma-informed facilitator with lived experience. And still, I’m always learning. This path asks for nothing less.

Trauma-informed care isn’t a luxury in this space. It’s a necessity. It’s non-negotiable. x

GEMINI SEASON X

FLOW FORECAST : SATURN IN ARIES

Big Daddy Saturn shifts into Aries early tomorrow morning and I forgot to write list this in my flow forecast….. SORRY.

Saturn is the taskmaster, the keeper of time, he rules structures and boundaries, rules, responsibility and discipline (hence why he is known in some circles as big daddy Saturn). He is about putting in the hard work to create a beautiful life.

It’s been nearly three decades since he last ventured into Aries (Saturn moves in a 28 -30 year cycle) and he’s going to lurk here for the next 2.5 years.

As a reminder Saturn is a transpersonal planet, so its effects play out on a longer, slower scale. Shaping the long game of our personal and societal evolution.

Saturn in Aries can be a complex combination because they are polar opposites in so many ways.

Aries is the baby of the zodiac, it’s bold, impulsive and wants freedom, and Saturn is the wise elder, leaning into a more strategic, boundaried and structured approach.

Saturn is dominant, Aries is self reliant. Saturn says “plan” and Aries says “leap” - you get the picture.

It’s going to feel like a push and pull against authority, it’s volatile, and definitely going to feel uncomfortable to start with across the board.

We need to be mindful that we may shift focus on how we can solely advance ourselves rather than on helping others. Self control is going to be a big theme alongside identity, conviction, and the willingness to stand up for what truly matters to you.

A word of caution: BURNOUT. Delays will happen. Obstacles will arise. But don’t panic—this is a course correction. There might be a struggle but you will succeed.

If you’re feeling blocked or frustrated, ask yourself: are you being the Ram? Are you charging ahead without considering the consequences? Check yourself.

On the plus side taking initiative is about to feel much more possible (and very necessary).

A bold new world cometh.

Each of these outer planet shifts bring a shift in consciousness… and by July they will all have shifted in the space of 8 months which is UNPRECEDENTED and looking at the state of the world very much needed.

Let’s talk about SEKHEM

Sekhem is the element of my work I get the most questions about and the one that inspired this series of posts. As an energetic healing practice it’s not as well known.

Sekhem is a living light energy which calls in the energies of the four elements to facilitate healing, transformation and growth. A Sekhem treatment is more dynamic than a stand alone Usui Reiki treatment.

Sekehem is passed on in a similar way to Usui Reiki and it utilises Golden Tera Mei Reiki as the fundamental base (and Earth Vibration) of all the other healing rays. Alongside the rays themselves I have a plethora of symbols to emphasise and concentrate the energies and expedite the healing that is required.

Originating from Ancient Egypt, the word `Sekhem’ means `Power’, and it is linked to the Lion headed female goddess Sekhmet - Goddess of War and Healing Sciences. She represents change, transformation and destruction of what no longer serves you.

You might say Sekhmet is the ultimate symbol of self empowerment.

In a Sekhem treatment I will use techniques for abstraction and alignment, chakra clearing using both the elements and pendulum work, auric cleansing where necessary, all supported by the elemental rays and symbols.

It is a deep and profound clearing treatment which will shift and move your energy on a much deeper level from not only this lifetime but the karmic, subconcious and past-life storage chambers we all hold.

This healing frequency works on all levels, physical, mental, emotional and spiritual and can accelerate your personal development and lift your vibration. It’s unbelievably transformative and a completely different feel to Reiki.

FLOW FORECAST : PLUTO RX

Pluto has begun its annual backspin. We can’t charge ahead in such intense transformational energies all the time and Pluto is the transformer.

Adjusting to the new vibe of Pluto in Aquarius has been big—and, at times, disorienting. Everything has felt so new.

This retrograde is a welcome exhalation. It’s giving you space to process the change. Unlike Mercury, it’s not dramatic or chaotic.

As a transpersonal planet, Pluto’s themes unfold globally —around power, reform, and collective rebirth, and personally, it deepens how we relate to ourselves and others.

This is a gentle transformational portal. Deep and Introspective. Pluto is an endless cycle of regeneration.

When direct, it clears the old to make room for the new.
In retrograde, Pluto invites slow release and inner transformation.

It’s your chance to reflect, integrate, and ask: What are you holding onto too tightly?

This energy supports confronting past traumas, examining unhealthy power dynamics, and diving into shadow work. It’s restorative, healing and rehabilitating.

We have officially crossed the threshold from Spring to Summer and I don’t know about you but the weather was GLORIOUS here. A real glimpse of the abundant summer months to come.

I washed my face in glistening rainbow droplets of dew, I foraged for wild garlic, I cold water dipped for the first time this year, I sat with my guides, I brought white flowers into my home for protection and luck, I gave myself Reiki and Sekhem, I washed my floors and changed my bed, inviting in this fresh new energy and positively basked in the optimism that Beltane brings despite feeling sub optimal on all levels.

The Wheel has turned.

It’s now 9am on the clock and it’s time to get to work.

I spoke to my Wild Wheel ladies of the waxing energy of Spring being the time to start walking the walk and
talking the talk. Beltane brings us to the next level, embodying this, uniting us with what we’re bringing in ahead of the Summer Solstice.

We’re still in these expansive waxing energies.

Whatever seeds you planted on the Spring Equinox, now is the time to really start acting upon them if you haven’t already. We currently have the stabilizing energies of Taurus season to reinforce this and a steady increase of solar energy in support.

We’re entering the season of saying YES, of getting and putting ourselves out there.

Beltane also brings with it an elemental shift. We leave behind the mental, idea based, Air energy of Spring and move into Summer and the season of Fire. The fires of creation, the fuel we need to propel us forward. It’s dynamic and full of opportunity for manifestation.

It’s quick moving.
It’s tangible.

Time feels like it’s moving unbelievably fast this year already and whilst I am overjoyed to be propelled into summer, I also feel grateful to have The Wheel to stabilise me and keep me on track.

Lets talk REIKI.

We all know how enthusiastic I am about the energetics of the world around us. All of this stemmed from when I stumbled across Reiki.

It blew my mind when I had my first treatment, and I soon signed up to learn to do it to myself, and then to facilitate for others.

Reiki is a Japanese word meaning “Universal Life-Force- Energy”. The ‘Ki’ part is the same word as ‘Chi’ or ‘Qi’, which are the Chinese words for energy that you might be more familiar with.

This is the energy which underlies everything and flows through all living things.

Reiki is a centuries old system for channelling that energy to someone for the purpose of healing. It is simply pure unconditional love and has the power to heal and transform your body, emotions, mind and spirit.

The thing about Reiki that continues to blow my mind to this day, is the fact I can send it to anyone in the world as long as I have their consent.

Energy is not bound by time or space and as everything is interconnected by said universal energy field. It simply means a practitioner can, with focused intention, tap into this field and send energy through this web. (Spoiler alert we have a symbol which we use to do it which is essentially an energetic GPS).

Distance sessions allow me to channel simultaneously if necessary and from a client perspective - you’re in your own home, so you’re surrounded by familiar energy - I used to hate leaving a Reiki session feeling super blissed out and then having to get on the tube in London.

I offer bespoke energetic healing sessions drawing on techniques of Usui Reiki, Tera Mei Reiki and Rose Ray Reiki, alongside Sekhem (I’ll talk about this in another post) Pendulum Work, Chakra Clearing, Crystal Healing and Colour Energetics.

Alright beautiful people let’s talk TAROT.

Whilst we’re basking in these beautiful spring energies and propelling ourselves forward ready for Beltane’s arrival and the turning of the annual clock to 9:00am - i.e time to really get to work - I thought I should talk to you about the Tarot and ME.

I’ve been intuitively reading Tarot for over a decade now. My relationship with the cards goes deep. The first time I picked up a deck it just made sense to me, and over time (and many decks) this relationship has gone from strength to strength.

The tarot serves me not only as a divination tool but also as a medium for connection to spirit and the messages that need to come through.

I personally don’t resonate with the classic Rider Waite deck so although I’ve studied it extensively, and I own it, you will rarely see it in a reading (I’m more of a Thoth /Tarot de Marseille girl).

Think decks with egyptian symbology, ethereal dream like imagery, or a deck with a bit of sparkle or je ne sais quoi.

I predominantly read with the She Wolfe deck but again it depends on the clients energy as to which deck I use (or am told to use)

You might even get a cartouche pull or a colour prescription if you’re lucky.

The Tarot itself helps unearth elements of your subconscious mind and provides guidance. It makes the subconscious, conscious.

It can provoke questions that make you think about your edges, why they’re there, what they’re holding you back from, and provide you with insight and new perspectives.

It can also help nudge you in a direction you hadn’t considered, or in some cases are hiding from - we all have our blindspots.

It’s. an insight into your inner landscape and a spotlight on your outer landscape at that particular moment in time.

It’s what you need to hear, or what needs to come forward, sometimes things that come through don’t make sense until months later.

Every reading will be different and a reflection of your energy. Sometimes it’s one deck, sometimes it’s four. I work with Oracles too, to reinforce messages and give additional focus.

The full moon in Libra greets us and its ruling planet Venus stations direct on the same day this weekend in the early hours of the 13th of April.

Libra is the scales, she is here to balance the books so to speak, she yearns for harmony and with this full moon pushing to illuminate some of the murky themes we’ve been processing under this Venus retrograde expect a delicious clarity on the other side.

The emphasis for me within this Venus Rx has been on relationships and self worth. Not reacting to some of these uncomfortable internal revelations and biting my tongue in relation to what has been surfacing has been tricky to say the least.

Independence vs Connection.
Me vs Us and You vs Us

Where I’ve been holding space where I shouldn’t be, and sometimes to my own detriment. Where is the balance off? Where should i fight? Where should i compromise? Where should i release?

As Venus settles back on her rightful path you’ll find these themes settle and there will be turning points in the relationships you’ve been struggling with.

If people are fading away then let them go, don’t fight it. Remember people are here for a reason, a season or for life and sometimes they drift off and return at a later date, sometimes they drift away and don’t come back.

I don’t know about you but these spring energies have been hard to fight my side. This latter part of Spring is akin to the waxing moon. It’s very much the time to walk the walk and talk the talk.

I’m leaning into feeling active and nourishing myself in a whole new way and now Mercury has gone direct all those big projects are ALL SYSTEMS GO. If everything has felt a bit sticky and frustrating, this will all start to dissipate.

The days are feeling warmer and longer here in the valley, the grass looks greener every day, the spring flowers are flourishing. When I was up on the mountain yesterday the grassy knolls were starting to poke out on the edges of some of the pistes. The snow slushy and soft by the afternoon.

A thawing. An emergence.

Deeply representative of how I’m feeling within.

I love how the two landscapes of both the mountain and the valley floor can evoke the same level of resonance despite on first glance being the polar opposite of each other.

I also wanted to share one my practices with you. A spring gift if you will ✨

I work with a word each month. It’s part of my wheel practice and something I find really helpful to guide me and keep me on track. It stops me bowing to the pressure of rushing all the time, a task which can feel impossible sometimes.

My word for April is PATIENCE, which ties into the thematic of growth i work with during the last period of Spring.

A reminder to embrace the power of sun but that you cant rush those seedlings out of the ground no matter how much you might want too.

Neptune is the dreamer and Aries is the fiery action orientated change maker. Remember that bold pioneering energy we spoke about at the start of Aries season - We’re now applying this to the collective.

The last time Neptune was in Aries was in the 1800’s, so if we cast our minds back we can identify key moments like the American Civil War and Franco Prussian War which came from a place of fighting for ideals. Think freedom and autonomy starting to play our louder than ever before.

Then you’ve got the rise of the feminist movements, think early suffragettes and traction for women’s rights. I’m calling this as a key thematic. The rise of the Matriarch.

Then we lean into the ideal of the mysticism revival. We’ve all been feeling our way into this and now it’s a shift from the passive to the active. We’re now going to be prepared to openly talk about and fight for our beliefs. It’s bringing things that we’ve been keeping on the down low brazenly out into the open. It’s EXPANSIVE AF.

Aries rules the head and Neptune in Aries brings new frontiers of technology and medicine. The rise of AI consciousness feels VERY BIG alongside an acceptance of psychedelic therapies and advances in neurological studies. In the 1870’s the telephone was invented which revolutionised the way we communicate, I feel like this time the transit is leaning into altered states of consciousness and communication on another level.
 One of the things that made me laugh the most when researching this transit was the thematic of “illusions of heroism”. Leaders or influencers presenting themselves as saviors, even if their motives are unclear - we all know who they are - leading to deceptive leadership trends or idealisation of aggressive figures.

Illusions however can’t hold up for long and disillusionment comes hand in hand with it.

Gives me some hope and I hope it does the same for you. Bring it on. x

FLOW FORECAST

This eclipse portal has felt murky and foggy and a cleansing of all that does not serve. A PURGE.

Today brings with it the closing of the last big eclipse cycle and for some of us this final portal has been deeply uncomfortable. Growing pains of the highest degree as the new version of you prepares to emerge.

The total lunar eclipse was in the new Virgo/Pisces axis which will be with us until 2027, which has themes of healing, alignment and practical restructuring and this partial solar eclipse is the final eclipse of the Libra/Aries axis which has been with us since 2023, wrapping up old cycles of relationships, independence and personal identity.

This eclipse portal has felt murky and foggy and a cleansing of all that does not serve. A PURGE.

Today brings with it the closing of the last big eclipse cycle and for some of us this final portal has been deeply uncomfortable. Growing pains of the highest degree as the new version of you prepares to emerge.

The total lunar eclipse was in the new Virgo/Pisces axis which will be with us until 2027, which has themes of healing, alignment and practical restructuring and this partial solar eclipse is the final eclipse of the Libra/Aries axis which has been with us since 2023, wrapping up old cycles of relationships, independence and personal identity.

My heart is still SO FULL from last Thursday’s Spring Equinox Ceremony. The power of women in circle never ceases to amaze me and I’m so grateful to all that attended for bringing their energy and magic with them.

I’ve been wanting to do this particular ceremony for some time and it was such a joy to finally bring it into reality, to share my enthusiasm for the wheel of the year and the practice of acknowledging and harnessing cyclical energies through ritual.

Ritual is such a powerful medium, it amplifies intention and gives form and power to the unseen, even more so when done as a group.

We started in the woods on the bank of the river, where we shared where we were at and nourished our bodies with soup and salad by the fire pit. Acknowledging the earthy warmth of the season passed and the fresh tastes of spring.

We connected with forest around us and @katiemayyoga guided us from soul to solar energies via the medium of a river crossing under the cover of darkness, releasing what we didn’t want to take with us as we crossed.

And then to ceremony, where we connected to our hearts and wombs and honoured ourselves with an anointing practice using the stunning @mymoonpower oils crafted by one of my most treasured sacred sisters @chloeisidora

We shaped our words and intentions, met our maidens and sat with mama cacao before physically planting our intentions ready for them to sprout in the coming weeks.

Crystals from my faves @slc_london - making their debut into the Chamonix Valley - solar charged in the Equinox sun ready to become our talismans throughout this coming period of solar energy. (Shout out to @jenijustice for letting me pour crystals out all over the shop to seek out the ones that were meant to be part of this circle).

Wakey wakey. If we look at the year in line with a time of day it’s now 6:00am. The birds have launched into the dawn chorus and it’s time to open those eyes, have a stretch and get out of your metaphorical bed.

In the words of Cat Stevens : Morning has broken (yes I’m aware it’s a hymn).

Tomorrow the Spring Equinox arrives, the dawn of the year. It’s a time of focus and intention, a time full of possibilities. A new beginning.

Just as when you wake in the morning you think about what you’re going to do with your day. This is the time to think about what you intend to do with the most fertile part of the year.

Just to reiterate, there is STILL NO RUSH. Imagine you don’t have to leap out of bed to go to work or do the school run. It’s a peaceful Sunday, there’s time to make a cup of tea and sit in that magic soft morning light and contemplate your next move. Before you know it Beltane will be here and we will be thrust into the vibrancy of summer.

This eclipse portal has been a big purge of all sorts, if you haven’t started to clear out your clutter (or indeed been forced too) now is the time. This is an opportunity get rid of anything you don’t want to take forward with you, that you don’t need. They call it a Spring clean for a reason.

It’s also the start to the Astrological New Year and the beginning of Aries Season.

Aries is also all about new beginnings and is the perfect energy for launching new projects, setting new goals and embracing change. It gives us the drive to go after what we want. I LOVE that it starts on the Spring Equinox it’s the freshest of fresh starts.

I know some of you are feeling it already, some of you not so much. There is no right or wrong way to feel during an eclipse and the astrology of your birth chart and your personal placements can make this stronger for some than others.

Trust no matter where you’re at that it’s all happening for a reason, if you can’t see that reason yet, clarity will come once we’re out the other side and the dust has settled.

I’ve re-named it THE PURGE.

March as a whole astrologically this year is the biggest spring clean of old patterns and bad habits that no longer serve you.

We are being asked to reexamine and release anything that is no longer necessary. Whether that be people, places, items, belief systems, it’s all up for grabs.

In eclipse season you just need to roll with the punches, which at times can feel impossible.

It’s a time to surrender like you never have before and go with the flow.

It can be ultimate liberation, but you’re probably going to have to pick yourself up and dust yourself off a few times.

As I’ve mentioned before, 2025 is a year of completion and this first eclipse window screams the endings you’re going to need to make to start moving forward.

If you’re not aligned with your soul purpose you’re going to get a hard shove in that direction.

If you’re trying to keep a small flame of the past smouldering ‘just in case’ it’s going to get stamped out.

You’re Sandra Bullock.

You can’t stop or slow down, its foot down and eyes on the horizon, the universe is clearing the way for you.

You won’t emerge from this month the same person you were at the start.

My best advice?

Get into nature, hike, swim, hug a tree, get your hands in the dirt, meditate, journal, drink cacao, stretch, move your body. Whatever you do to ground, make sure it’s happening on a daily basis.

You can either fight, cry and rage your way through this eclipse window (which will be exhausting and fruitless) or you can look at what you’re being shown.

It’s a cosmic reset.

The ultimate cleanse.

Aside from this eclipse there is alot going on up there, so please be gentle with yourself and those around you.

CYCLICAL LIVING.

I am the biggest advocate for cyclical living. I track cycles. I have done for years, not only for myself but also for my clients.

It’s an integral part of my life and my work. You can’t be helping someone poke around in their inner world without an understanding of the energies at play in the external world. The two things go hand in hand.

Our entire life is based upon the movement of cycles, within cycles, within cycles.

The natural world through the seasons.
The sky through astrological transits.
The moon as she waxes and wanes.
The wheel of the year.
If you’re a woman, your menstrual cycle.

All of these things affect us in one way or another.

So rather than just keep these bits of information to myself, my family, my friends and my clients. I’ve decided to share them all with you.

I started honouring a cyclical life over a decade ago. It started with the moon, then came discovering the power of honouring and embracing my menstrual cycle, then I found the Wheel of the Year and the Medicine Wheel, from there Astrology. More cycles, more connections.

It is by honoring and working with these cycles that we see the biggest change. We can use the energies of these cycles to break cyclical patterns within ourselves.

A few things to note:

What I’ll be sharing with you is the overarching themes, archetypal vibes and flavour of what’s going on.
March is particularly extra so it felt like a good place to start.

All of these things affect us in one way or another.

So rather than just keep these bits of information to myself, my family, my friends and my clients. I’ve decided to share them all with you.

I started honouring a cyclical life over a decade ago. It started with the moon, then came discovering the power of honouring and embracing my menstrual cycle, then I found the Wheel of the Year and the Medicine Wheel, from there Astrology. More cycles, more connections.

It is by honoring and working with these cycles that we see the biggest change. We can use the energies of these cycles to break cyclical patterns within ourselves.

A few things to note:

What I’ll be sharing with you is the overarching themes, archetypal vibes and flavour of what’s going on.
March is particularly extra so it felt like a good place to start.

You can take this information as it is or go as deep into a rabbit hole with it as you wish. I’m not here to tell you what these astrological transits mean for your sign or birth chart. I’m here for the energies that these transits generate and what they can bring up.

One of the main ways I can support you through these transits is via the medium of Tarot.

Tarot is (as far as I’m concerned) the best tool to rummage through the storages boxes of your mind and shine a spotlight on what needs to be re-filed or thrown away. A guiding light in the shadowy depths of your subconscious.

In his journal Marcus Aurelius described transmutation, one of the most powerful ideas in philosophy, as the ability to turn adversity into fuel.

Change is a necessary and sometimes uncomfortable part of life. Sometimes these changes occur through life experience, sometimes change occurs simply through a shift in perspective.

We can be fearful of this edge, this edge of change.
It can cause us to stay on a fixed trajectory.
Our needs change.
Our wants change.
The question is how can we evolve with these?

Do you allow yourself space for reframing?
Reframing what your day to day looks like?
Reframing what your life could look like?
Do you dare look?

Do you give yourself the space to push the boundaries? Right up to the edge?

THIS is where you’ll find growth, on those edges, peeking into a new way of being.

My perspective on my needs, must have’s and what constitutes happiness and fulfilment has changed dramatically. I left my career, my flat, my friends and family, packed up all my belongings, and moved to France (into a van may I add) to help my partner build a house from the ground up.

I let go of everything I knew and moved WAY beyond my comfort zone.

It was and continues to be at times one of the hardest but most rewarding things I’ve ever done.

Starting from scratch in a country you don’t speak the language in, in a small mountain village just before you turn 40? Sure.

Don’t worry I’m not trying to make you put all your possessions into storage and move into a van (although this year astrologically is giving BIG one way ticket energy)

I just want you to think about how you would describe the mind set you operate from?

Where is your focus?

Does it make you feel as expansive?

And is it what you actually want?

If you shift your perspective slightly do these things feel more achievable?

The tarot is your best friend when it comes to perspective. It makes the subconscious, conscious. It can provoke questions that make you think about your edges, why they’re there and what they’re holding you back from. Think of it as an insight into your inner landscape and a spotlight on your outer landscape at that particular moment. Sounds pretty helpful doesn’t it. Spoiler alert - It is.

Whilst everyone around me has been talking about how slowly January has moved for them I can’t quite believe it’s February. The wheel has turned again and the fire festival of Imbolc has passed, with astronomical Imbolc occurring later today.

I have been on a deep journey this winter of profound change. It has been my deepest wintering yet, and I’m enjoying the first inklings of rebirth as I look towards the light of the Spring Equinox. A sentiment I felt was summed up perfectly by the photo I took on the mountain on Saturday as I prepared to ski down the home run towards my house. The sunlight illuminating the mountain ahead, elevating the shadow of the forest and showing a crisp, clear path through.

As I shift into the emergent energies that are heralded by Imbolc and early spring, I have begun integrating all I have learnt in the darker months. Nature is only stirring, so i am only stirring. There is still a way to go before I fully emerge.

Another way of framing it is looking at the wheel of the year in relation to a time of day. Imbolc correlates to 3:00am, so it’s not quite time to get up and get back at it! Feel free to go back to sleep and keep dozing or if you’re like me and keep waking up at 3:00am, spend some time in the quiet solitude, the stillness of the ‘early morning’ to reflect and think about what you’re birthing this year.

For me personally, this year heralds a big shift in the way I’ll be working.

Today’s heralds the arrival of the year of the Wood Snake, the New Moon in Aquarius, AND we’re on the precipice of Imbolc.

This is one of my favourite new moons of the year, you can always feel the change in the air as we hit Aquarius season. This year with Pluto lurking in Aquarius for the first time since it slid over from Capricorn the astrological energies are VERY new and they are WILD. I for one would love a bit more sleep, anyone else?

Snakes represent the creative life force that drives us forward. They are the ultimate symbol of rebirth, transformation, healing, growth, the literal shedding of skins that constrict us and hold us back.

The year of the snake brings with it an initiation into something, bigger, brighter and better. It asks you to look at your attachments, especially in relation to your identity and get rid. It’s giving you the space to be the version of yourself you want to be no questions asked. Snake energy can also be a bit dramatic, so brace yourself, the shifts aren’t going to be small.

If we look to numerology 2025 is a 9 year. A year symbolic of endings, reflections, of next steps and the path forwards.

And finally if we look towards the Tarot it correlates with The Hermit, which sums up this new moon and shift in energies perfectly. The Hermit can be seen as a sign of terminating your relationship with the old world and being receptive towards a new future. It’s a pivot point, just like this moon, just like Pluto in Aquarius and just like Snake medicine.

So all arrows this year are firmly pointing in the direction of change and the emphasis is on personal power.

I’m currently back in the UK and find myself being shown another level of what it is to truly embrace slowing down and being in flow.

I have had no choice but to surrender to the fact I have absolutely no control over when I’ll be going home, or in fact where I’ll be from one day to the next. Time genuinely feels like it has slowed down, it’s almost stretching.

It’s strange to be here indefinitely, (especially as I only packed for a week and have a tendency to enjoy a plan) and to be in such a liminal space, but on the flip side, it’s the first time I haven’t been running around trying to do everything and see everyone in about 72hrs since we moved to France, i have found an unexpected freedom and an exhalation within this.

Slowing down and going with the flow is something I think we all struggle with at times. Society doesn’t always allow for it, our everyday responsibilities don’t always allow for it and our overstimulated brains also sometimes don’t want to allow it.

Since i’ve been back I’ve been saying yes where I can to things not normally accessible to me; coffee dates at galleries and cheeky pub pints or warming bowls of soup in friends kitchens.

I’ve been retreating to rest when needed, whether that be in a flotation tank (hard recommend) or just bed - sometimes bed is the only answer.

I fled to Avalon for the night, a place which always nourishes my soul and where some of my favourite humans live and finally picked up my first sound bowl.

We are past the point of Samhain and are ‘officially’ in the early stages of winter, the season to slow down. I have started my transition to ‘wintering’ earlier than I ever have and it feels good, it feels right. This is one of the things I love about following the wheel. Every year is different, every transition between each sabbat is different, it’s an ever evolving personal journey.

So this is a nudge to start to slow down, to surrender where you can and resign yourself to the ebb and flow of Winter x

I always welcome the energies of Samhain, it breathes life into me in a way the other sabbats don’t, and this year it slides straight into that Scorpio New Moon in a double whammy of introspection (as always the Astrology of this year continues to be EXTRA AF)

This is a particularly auspicious time for me. The day before Samhain is a day shrouded in grief and sadness. The day my dad chose to depart, the day of his solar return and a day which 5 years ago shifted my perceptions of everything and turned my world into something I didn’t recognise. A journey which continues to alchemise and shape me in expansive and unexpected ways.

It hits me differently every year, this year he felt present in a way he hasn’t before, and the physicality of my pain was heightened. My bleed started early forcing a withdrawal and with it a purge. I sat with my grief. I cried. I got angry. I showed up for therapy. I danced round my kitchen. I curled up in a ball. I raised a glass for him. I held space for my mother. I let myself feel what I needed too.

Navigating death is always difficult, we are so disconnected from it in western society that no matter how it presents itself it’s hard. Death by choice however brings with it additional layers of emotions to process some of which take longer to unpack than others. I felt a deeper layer unfurl this year and as always I feel lighter today.

Today I will honour him and my ancestors, both blood and soul, in ceremony for as most of you will know on Samhain or the ‘Day of the Dead’ the veil is at its thinnest.

Take a moment for your ancestors today, make your offerings, listen for their messages.

Harvest the last of what you need for the winter season, listen to your souls whispers and let what no longer serves you fall away like the leaves on the trees around us, as we ourselves travel through the Samhain veil onwards into Scorpio season and the inevitable darkness of winter. As one cycle ends another begins.

I always welcome the energies of Samhain, it breathes life into me in a way the other sabbats don’t, and this year it slides straight into that Scorpio New Moon in a double whammy of introspection (as always the Astrology of this year continues to be EXTRA AF)

This is a particularly auspicious time for me. The day before Samhain is a day shrouded in grief and sadness. The day my dad chose to depart, the day of his solar return and a day which 5 years ago shifted my perceptions of everything and turned my world into something I didn’t recognise. A journey which continues to alchemise and shape me in expansive and unexpected ways.

It hits me differently every year, this year he felt present in a way he hasn’t before, and the physicality of my pain was heightened. My bleed started early forcing a withdrawal and with it a purge. I sat with my grief. I cried. I got angry. I showed up for therapy. I danced round my kitchen. I curled up in a ball. I raised a glass for him. I held space for my mother. I let myself feel what I needed too.

Well this past week has been QUITE the ride.
Saturday was a hard day chez moi, one of those days where you feel like it’s all too much. There were many tears, we both felt like we were in a pit of despair and everything was going wrong. We couldn’t see a way through, or an end point of the house build. Overwhelm was firmly at level 10.

Sunday’s equinox provided a welcome moment to exhale. All of the sabbats are moments to pause, to take stock and to recalibrate, no more so than an Equinox.

Now the Autumn Equinox has passed, the time has come to start turning inwards and to nurture that inner glow as we make the inevitable descent into darkness.

It’s time to think about what you are harvesting over the next six weeks as we approach Samhain, the final of the three harvest festivals.

It’s time to think about what you need to equip yourself with for the coming winter, which will no doubt be here in a blink of an eye judging by the current passage of time.

It’s time to give thanks for those abundant summer months (even if it wasn’t everything you hoped and wished for) and think about how you can pull in the themes of devotion that echo through what is - let’s be honest - a pretty intense eclipse portal. A portal that feels to be really forcing our hands left, right and centre.

If you haven’t already, stop and take a breath, make a cup of tea and stare out of the window, light a candle, take the pause in whatever way you can and in a way that feels right for you and decide what you need.

My pause has led me into cutting off all my hair, (might still dye it as well) several days of pretty much constant crying, a fondue, a new bronzer and some big revelations about what I’m leaving behind and what I’m taking forward.

Don’t let that put you off though, hopefully yours will yield less dramatic results (and a fondue).

Yesterday heralded two things.

My first waterfall dip of the season - albeit much later than normal due to insane whirlwinds of life and travel - and my Tera-Mai and Sekhem initiation (and first day of training). It was a wildly magical day.⚡️

As I left my house to head to the waterfall, white butterflies were waiting on my doorstep, dancing round my feet they lead me all the way to the clearing, making their presence known at every opportunity during my time there. They felt particularly apt as butterflies represent BIG change.

Even better I had the waterfall all to myself 💕 so got to have my first skinny dip to boot, anchoring me back into this valley and myself, a world away from day 1 of Glastonbury where I would normally be.

The moment I walked round the corner my heart was immediately full, as if the water had slipped in between all the tiny cracks and fissures in my heart that life can create and made it whole again.

After a few dips I sat on a rock in the afternoon sun, my toes dipping in and out of the water, reverence was the word echoing around my brain, a word that’s been coming up for me alot recently.

The definition of reverence in case you’re unfamiliar with it is ‘deep respect or awe for someone or something’.

My first dip of the season is always filled with reverence, for the waterfall and for water itself. In fact every watery dip is, no matter where it takes place, but I feel extremely lucky I have this particular waterfall on my doorstep, and it was an especially prominent theme yesterday.

I made my offerings and asked if I could take a stone in return to carry with me for the summer, just where I was sat glinted a tiny piece of raw quartz, the only piece of quartz I could see in fact, which fits PERFECTLY in this little crystal cage which has had no crystal in it for time.

I’m delighted with my new Talisman which was round my neck when I did my initiation.

The initiation itself was like a golden tunnel, an energy vortex which sucked me into an upgrade unlike any other I have received, and now my 21 day attunement has begun.

I’m so excited to complete my training and be able to share these new offerings with you ✨

My colour card for the week this week was ‘Liberation’

Whilst I’m ‘on a break’ I’m catching up on the admin side of things I’ve been wanting to share with you all.

I’ve been working with this oracle deck since Christmas and it truly is a work of utter magic @moonnectarapothecary ✨ I now use it in the majority of my sessions. It’s STUNNING and it’s bang on every time.

I pull myself a colour prescription along with my weekly tarot to see where I’m landing and what my flavour of the week ahead is.

This week my card is Liberation (hi - I’m quitting smoking after falling off the wagon again and freeing myself from some ancestral shackles) and my prescription is red, and so quite simply, I’ll meditate with the red card, put myself in a red energetic bubble, wear red, eat red foods - you get the gist - simply doing what I can to incorporate this colour into my week in order to help facilitate the shifts.

I’m a huge fan of colour energetics and colour mirror essences and I draw on them frequently in client sessions. Working with this deck has added another dimension to my work and use of the world of colour as a healing modality.

I hope you all had a beautiful Summer Solstice ✨

The portal of the Solstice combined with the impending Full Moon in Capricorn felt and continues to feel huge. The peak of the sun and the peak of the moon collaborating to bring all sorts of shifts.

The celebration of the peak of midsummer has now been and gone and although it may not feel like peak summer thanks to the weather this year, it’s now just past noon on the Wheel of the Year, the crown has been passed back to the Holly King and the inevitable slow descent to darkness has begun.

Everyone talks about how this is the peak of activity but I was definitely not feeling like that. I was having a particularly heavy bleed, I had been unable to rest during it as my husband had a - quite frankly terrifying - cardiac event (he is ok now, just being an objectionable patient).

I was therefore still in the process of recalibrating my nervous system, I’d had barely any sleep and I limped into the Solstice exhausted. I did however rise at 4am (despite not wanting to leave him alone) to hike up a mountain, sit in circle, drink cacao, greet the sun and honour this day.

I dedicated the remainder of the day to rest. All sabbats are moments to pause. I reflected back on the year thus far and took time to really focus on what i want for my future self. The goddess Freya appeared in one of my journey’s to stand beside me. I filled up my cup.

It’s also made me contemplate a question I speak to my clients about. Where personally is our most productive time of the day? And where does that correlate on the Wheel of the Year? Remember this journey is personal and every year is allowed to feel different. I am yet to reach my peak this year. It may be midday on the clock, but this has been a slow burner thus far and I feel like I’m just gearing up, I’m yet to enter my most productive time (I’ll be honest it’s currently fuelled by a nice lunch).

As a result of all of the above I’m taking some time for myself to recalibrate (and make sure Steve actually stays in bed like he is supposed too) and am closing my books until the 10th July.

Happy Full Flower Moon in Sagittarius Beauties 🌙💕

The energies right now have me just giddy with optimism and motivation, everything seems possible. The abundance I’m feeling vibrating within, reflected in the natural world around me.

I love Gemini season and Jupiter in Gemini is A VIBE, as is this moon.

I arrived home last week after several weeks away to the first flourish of early summer; lush green grass and the carpet of dandelions 💛

I’d forgotten how vibrant and green the valley can be. It feels like I’ve been looking at the same brown grass for such a long time, which after the brilliant white snow seemed so dull in comparison. Colour felt like such a distant memory.

But suddenly the valley is alive again. I remember last year it felt like it burst open overnight with the chatter of birds and flowers revealing themselves everywhere, even in the most unlikely of places.

I’ve been absent as I quietly got married. A very small affair. We’d planned to just do a ceremony with family and then two weeks before we decided to invite the village and our local friends to celebrate the next stage of our life with a cheeky glass of champagne. (I highly recommend organising a wedding in 4hrs) It was the most perfect magical whirlwind, followed by the most wonderful honeymoon / first proper holiday since we started building this house back in 2021.

I’d forgotten just what it feels like to fully switch off, to recharge and relax, and it felt apt to transition through Beltane and into these summer energies whilst I was away.

So here’s to the importance of rest outside of your normal environment.

Whilst sacred space and rest and self regulation in everyday life is very important, so are tiny coves, crystal clear waters, bougainvillea all day every day, naps on the beach in the afternoon sun with your toes in the sand, olive groves and contemplative moments at dusk, sunsets and sunrises, scampering around tiny streets, cocktails on a whim late into the night, soft luxury, the most delicious croquetas in the world, not brushing your hair, tanned skin, daily naked swims, and holding the hand of someone you love.

The Spring Equinox ✨ One of my faves. The vernal equinox was at 3:06AM GMT this morning. We are officially in the heart of Spring 💚

I always think any of the Sabbats are a moment to pause and acknowledge where we are in the year. None more so that the Spring Equinox (also known as Ostara : Ostara referencing the Goddess Ostara, Goddess of Fertility or Divine Maiden).

The Equinox marks the day when the day and the night are of equal length. It’s a celebration of a time of fertility, rebirth and renewal in the natural world. For me the undercurrent of this particular day is also always balance.

A moment to reflect and examine if anything is out of balance in your life and what you may need to correct or be conscious of as we move into the more active energies of the year.

The rising energy is palpable in the natural world, growth and regeneration is all around us.

The feeling of potential and possibility as we sow those seeds can feel uplifting but also overwhelming. A step into unfamiliar territory, a sense of adventure, freedom and play is in the air. This for me is what the energy of the divine maiden is. It feels bold, new, curious, pure and dynamic, like anything is possible.

This energy begs the question; Who are we ready to be this year?

It’s time to open our door to new experiences, to take stock of the natural world around us, to be in awe of its vitality and ability to rise again year upon year, and to take that lesson inwards as we do the same.

Put your face in the sun.

Listen for the birdsong, which is alive with the chatter of spring.

Look at the shift in colours, the grass looks greener, the air smells fresher.

Maybe have a small dance too.

It’s time to get out there.

The energies at the moment are BIG. The new moon in Pisces opened the eclipse portal and it feels HUGE this year.

Next week we move into Aries season - the start of the astrological new year - i LOVE Aries season, it always feels so expansive and limitless, a real propulsion forward.

Simultaneously the Spring Equinox arrives, swiftly followed by a Lunar Eclipse in Libra on the 25th of March, Mercury goes retrograde on April 1st and to top it all off a Total Solar Eclipse in Aries on April 8th.

There’s ALOT going on and some of it might feel uncomfortable especially as eclipse season is there to snap us back into alignment if needs be!

But what I will say is that it’s important to really listen to what we need more than ever at this point in time.

Even if it’s only for 5 minutes when you wake up in the morning or when you’re in the shower, to close your eyes, take some conscious breaths and check in with yourself.

How are you feeling?
What do you need?
How does your heart/body/womb feel?
Where is your energy level at?
How can you support yourself today?

And whatever you do try not to override what comes through.

Case in point. I’ve had my house to myself since Wednesday. This is INCREDIBLY rare. My partner, as the main person building said house is always here. I had a list as long as my arm of things I wanted to do whilst he was gone (on top of my house building to do list I hasten to add).

In reality I just needed to be, to exist in silence for a few days and recalibrate, but instead of taking the pressure off, I put the pressure on. Pressure on myself to maximise every minute and pushing what I actually knew I needed to one side because I wanted to seize this time.

Today however I ignored my to do list, I had a big cry, I took a long nap, I played with my watercolours, I had a sauna, and ate a big bowl of pasta.

So this post is your permission slip to take the pressure off and listen to what you need. x

The energies at the moment are BIG. The new moon in Pisces opened the eclipse portal and it feels HUGE this year.

Next week we move into Aries season - the start of the astrological new year - i LOVE Aries season, it always feels so expansive and limitless, a real propulsion forward.

Simultaneously the Spring Equinox arrives, swiftly followed by a Lunar Eclipse in Libra on the 25th of March, Mercury goes retrograde on April 1st and to top it all off a Total Solar Eclipse in Aries on April 8th.

There’s ALOT going on and some of it might feel uncomfortable especially as eclipse season is there to snap us back into alignment if needs be!

As those spring energies start to propel us forward I’ve decided to show my face here a bit more. I feel it’s important to see the person you’ll be working with, to show up in my entirety. So here’s a bit about me.

When I’m not doing all things magical or hanging out on my fave rock, I’ve normally got a power tool in my hand as I’m building my forever home with my partner in the French Alps. Physically building my own home is by far the hardest but most rewarding thing I have ever done. It’s not finished yet so that’s why sometimes you’ll see an unfinished house in the background of our zooms.

I am at my happiest running around in nature, whether that be hiking in summer or skiing in winter, playing near the sea or a waterfall, or simply having a nap on a blanket somewhere. I am a keen napper.

I enjoy dying my hair a multitude of shades of sunrise / sunset.

I generally have a smile on my face, it’s literally just the way my face goes.

Doing this post i’ve realised I definitely open my mouth too much in photos.

I have a pair of glasses that I got specifically because they reminded me of Deirdre Barlow in the 80’s (or if you ask my partner an Owl).

I am generally always wearing about one piece of adidas clothing and at the moment I’m thinking about getting back into cardigans. I probably have too many coats. They are my favourite.

I’m really into plant medicine and sensory herbalism. I make tinctures and teas and I lucid dream. I cant wait to have a garden here and the time to make my own hydrosols and mountain medicines.

I also can’t wait to have a cat once the house is finished.
I love to cook, pickle and preserve. I have ALOT of jars.
I love picnics.
I am a qualified French Wine Scholar.
I love cold water swimming / being in water of any kind.
I turned 40 last year.
I’m a ♎️ ☀️♋️🌙. ♐️🌅

Before I move into energy work, I was a production manager for films and commercials for 20 years.
I come out of retirement every year as the production manager for the Glastonbury On Sea Build Crew. We build a mutated Victorian seaside pier in a field. It’s very fun.

I lived in a van for 9 months and loved it.
